Accepting these terms
These terms govern your use of Koibloom, including its calculators, AI generators, and guides. By visiting or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms as the site changes, and continuing to use it after an update means you accept the current version.
Who can use this site
You must be at least 13 years old to use Koibloom. If you're between 13 and 18, only use the site with a parent or guardian's awareness and permission, particularly the AI generators, since letters about relationships and breakups aren't written with a specific age in mind. We don't verify age at any point, since the site doesn't have accounts, so this is on the honor system.
No account required
Koibloom doesn't require sign-up, a password, or any account to use any calculator, generator, or guide. There's nothing to secure on your end beyond your own device, and nothing tied to an identity on ours. This also means we can't restore a "history" of past results. If you want to keep something, save or screenshot it yourself before you close the tab.
Acceptable use
Use the calculators, generators, and guides for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't scrape the site, run automated requests against it, or attempt to resell, rebrand, or redistribute access to any tool here as your own product. Don't use a generator to produce content intended to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or defame another person, and don't attempt to prompt a generator into producing content unrelated to its intended purpose (a love letter, apology, birthday wish, anniversary message, or breakup letter). Don't attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site's underlying systems, including the AI provider it calls. We reserve the right to block access from anyone who misuses the site in these or similar ways.
Your generated content
Whatever a generator produces for you, once it's in your hands, is yours to use, edit, send, or discard as you see fit. We don't claim ownership over your generated letters or messages, and we don't keep a copy after it's produced. That said, since the text comes from an AI model working from what you typed, we can't guarantee it's original in every phrase, so treat it the way you'd treat any first draft: read it, make it yours, and don't assume every word is guaranteed unique.
Our content and intellectual property
The site's design, layout, code, calculator formulas, and written guide content belong to Koibloom and aren't yours to copy, scrape, or republish elsewhere without permission. This doesn't apply to your own generated letters, covered above, or to the plain factual information (like the meaning of a zodiac element) that guides describe, which reflects commonly known, publicly available concepts rather than anything we're claiming to own.
Third-party AI services
The generators rely on a third-party AI provider to produce results. That provider's availability, performance, and behavior are outside our direct control, and an outage or change on their end can affect the generators even if nothing changed on ours. We choose providers carefully, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access to any generator at all times.

Nothing on this site, including calculator results, generated letters, and guide content, is professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. See our Disclaimer for the full detail. If a situation calls for real expert judgment, please seek out a qualified professional instead of relying on this site.
Disclaimer of warranties
Koibloom is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any calculator, generator, or guide will meet your specific expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Koibloom and the people who build it aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including anything that results from sending an AI-generated message, relying on a calculator score, or following advice from a guide. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which, since every tool here is free, is zero.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, for anyone who violates these terms or misuses a tool here, without advance notice. Since there are no accounts, this typically means blocking access at the technical level rather than closing an account. You're free to stop using the site at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by generally applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from your use of the site should first be raised with us directly at the contact below so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the site, its tools, or its AI provider evolve. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
