We built this site to be genuinely useful for the small, human moments, like a birthday message or a way to say sorry, not to replace expert judgment for anything that actually needs it.
How the calculators work
Every calculator on this site runs on a fixed, published formula, not a live measurement of anything. The Love Calculator, its name-and-DOB variant, and the Crush Calculator turn two names into a repeatable score using simple character math, the same idea behind the old paper-and-pen FLAMES game. The Compatibility Calculator and the Birthday Compatibility Calculator layer in Western zodiac elements (Fire, Earth, Air, Water) and numerology life path numbers, both folk systems built from a birth date alone. None of these systems has been validated by any scientific study, and none of them measures anything real about how two people actually get along. Real compatibility comes from shared values, how two people communicate, and how they handle disagreement, not from what two names or two birthdates hash to. Treat every score as a conversation starter, never as a verdict on a relationship.
Formulas and results can change
We occasionally adjust a calculator's formula, tweak the wording a score comes back with, or refine how a generator prompts its AI provider, usually to make the tools more useful or the results more consistent. Because of that, typing the same names or birthdates into a calculator today isn't guaranteed to produce the exact same score months or years from now, and a generator prompted the same way twice may return a different draft each time. Nothing here is a fixed, permanent record.
AI-generated letters and messages
The generators (Love Letter, Apology, Birthday Wish, Anniversary Message, and Breakup & Closure) use an AI model to turn a few details you provide into a draft. That draft is a starting point, not a finished message. AI models occasionally produce text that's generic, slightly off in tone, factually wrong about something you mentioned, or not quite what you meant to say. Read every draft before you send it, and edit it until it actually sounds like you and says what you want to say. We don't review generated output before it reaches you, and we can't guarantee it will be accurate, appropriate for your specific relationship, or free of mistakes. You're responsible for whatever you ultimately send to another person.
Relationship guides
The guides on red flags, green flags, conversation starters, first dates, confessing a crush, and long-distance relationships reflect commonly cited patterns and general advice, not a clinical assessment of your situation. They're not a substitute for couples counseling, individual therapy, or a conversation with someone who actually knows the details of your relationship. If you recognize signs of abuse, or you're in a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or a local support or crisis service in your area right away rather than relying on anything written here.
Third-party AI provider
To generate letters and messages, your input is sent to a third-party AI provider, which processes it to produce your result. We don't control how that provider's underlying model was trained or how it might occasionally behave, and we can't guarantee its output meets any particular standard of quality or accuracy. This site, its calculators, its generators, and its guides are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
